Spy in Facebook!

Well..these days, who hasn't got Facebook? I think even the one who still in his or her elementary school, they all get Id for Facebook. In this Application we can absolutely share our feeling, photos, even make commerce. But you know, I read the article about two weeks ago, that some principles use Facebook for spying their employee, ge.., so what your opinion.
