IT Governance, these days become more famous in IT department. there are two perspectives about IT governance. the first is from ISACA with COBIT and the second from Governance Matrix's Peter weill and Ross. if we see from COBIT's perspective, it implements to five components."Strategic Allignmnet" in this session, how can board of director align or re-align the IT to support objectives of the business."Value Delivery", Information Technology gives promises to suceed of the business, how the IT must implement its promises.

"Risk management" as we know that IT is not only giving benefit for the enterprise but also gives 'risk' which is shoudl be managed to get the IT run in its track.-- to be contonued!
